驚愕！ / インディアンジョーク

Amazing !

A family was visiting an indian reservation
when they came upon
an old indian man laying face down
in the middle of the road
with his ear pressed firmly aginst the blacktop.
The father of the family asked the old indian
"What are you doing?"
the old indian replied
"Woman, late thirties, three kids,
one barking dog in late model four door station wagon,
traveling 65 MPH"
"That's amazing" exclaimed the father...
"You can tell all of that by just listening to the ground?"
"NO" said the old indian
"They just ran over me five minutes ago"

ある家族がインディアン居留地を訪れた時
1人の老インディアンが道路の真ん中で横になって
アスファルトに耳をつけていた。
その家族のお父さんは老インディアンに聞いてみた
「何してるんですか？」
老インディアンは答えた
「女、３０代後半、子供3人、吠える犬が乗った
新しい4ドアステーションワゴン、65マイルで走行」
「驚いたな！　地面の音だけでそこまでわかるんですか？」
「違う、5分前にそいつらに轢かれたんだ」
